30 Min is a good option for people on the go, have a sore back and a lunchbreak? come in for a quick stretch and massage and we can get you feeling better.

60 Min is a standard for massage; it offers enough time to really loosen the full body facia. This is also a good amount of time for specific therapeutic issues. Please note I am not a substitute for a chiropractor or physical therapist. I work with them not as a replacement.

90 Min is a great fully relaxing experience. This amount of time gives me the opportunity to fully relax the body facia and time to work deep into muscle tissue. This should not be your first massage.

My skills are yours in a session. I do not charge more for therapeutic work or deep pressure. When you come to me you have the right to customize your session with me. Tell me what you like about massage, and I will incorporate and customize the session to you. AKA Can I just have an hour-long foot rub…. yes you can.
